Delivery costs
For all of our items, we offer FREE shipping within the UK mainland.
Delivery times
When you place an order, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking details.
The delivery of an order typically takes 2-4 working days after dispatch.
Pallet deliveries require booking in with the customer directly, in this case, we don't provide tracking number.
Do you ship to islands or remote parts of the country?
For now, we ship to the UK mainland only (Does not include islands and N.Ireland)
We cannot ship to PO Boxes/APO's.
How my order will be delivered?
We are committed to providing a fast, safe, and reliable delivery service for all of our products.
We will choose the appropriate delivery method and courier suited to each item on our website. Unfortunately, it's not possible to choose a specific courier for delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched we will let you know via email.
Deliveries are normally made from Monday to Friday.
Is there any way to get my order faster?
Currently, we are unable to offer next-day delivery or any other method of faster delivery.
What happens when I am not at home for the delivery?
The carrier requires a sign for the delivery, but it doesn’t always have to be you. It might happen that the carrier asks your neighbor or another resident of your house, to sign for the parcel and leaves it there.
If they do not deliver your order, they will leave a card with information on where your parcel is and what you should do next.
The couriers usually make 2-3 delivery attempts in 2-3 consecutive business days. If you still not be there to get your order you have a few days to pick it up before it is shipped back to us from their depot.
My order is delayed
If over than 2 working days have been passed since your estimated delivery date, kindly contact us via email and we can check the status of your order with our courier.
We will get back to you with an update within 24 hours.
